Details:
We need a minimum of 2 weeks advanced notice of the party to reserve time for your use. Track parties do book up quickly.

Most of our party events are for Sunday afternoons. This is due to our Track Racing Schedule. However, ask us about other options.

The times for Sunday parties begin at 1-2:30 P.M. , 3-4:30 P.M. and 5-6:30 P.M. This ensures your exclusive track party use.

The party is for 1.5 hours and includes the hour of race time on the commercial 8 lane track with use of rental Nascar cars and controllers. Then thirty minutes of table area time.

The children need to be accompanied by at least 2 adults. Due to ages and ability of your guests, the race director will have the final say as to having an open track time racing, open track & limited race or an actual race. At any rate the kids will have a great time!

Party Options!!!

Party costs are based on 8 racers, additional racers will be charged at $15.00 each and they will need to share the track racing time.

#1 "Start Your Engines" basic race party track & table use only, as outlined above.

To remember your child’s special event their 7 special guests will receive a FunTime 30 min. Free Track Time Pass.
The cost for all of this is only $125.00, $80.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation.

#2 “Checkered Flag” or for our younger racers a “Disney Cars” Themed
All the services of Start Your Engines basic race party PLUS: We will provide party supplies for the theme which includes, table cloth, paper plates, napkins and plastic ware for the 8 children.
Party Theme backdrop wall, photo background of a car & driver with cut out of drivers head so your supper racer can become the driver. Also “ winner circle” photo area.
To remember your child’s special event their 7 special guests will receive a FunTime 30 min. Free Track Time Pass.
A "Pit Pass" with an area for your guests to write their name and wear around their necks Just like a real pit pass at the races.
Driving School Certificate complete with their name & a Racing Tattoo
The cost for all of this is only $175.00
$100.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation.

Our Most Popular party is the no fuss event:

#3 “Victory Lane” for older children or for our younger racers a “Disney Cars PLUS”
All the services of “Checkered Flag” or for our younger racers a “Disney Cars” Themed PLUS: We will provide a "Race" Cake from a local bakery, Juice containers, and ice cream.
For the birthday child a Checkered Flag bandanna with FunTime Slotcars & Raceway
The cost for all of this is only $225.00
$100.00 non-refundable deposit due at time of reservation. With the balance of $125.00 due one week prior to your event so that the cake order can be confirmed.

For the cake order you have some choices to make:
1. Cake flavor; white, chocolate, yellow, marble, carrot, German Chocolate.
2. Icings; white or chocolate butter cream, Vanilla or chocolate whip cream, non dairy vanilla or chocolate whip topping, chocolate fudge, cream cheese, German chocolate.
3. Fillings; lemon, cherry, strawberry, raspberry, custard, chocolate fudge, cream cheese.

Other added features can be done on an individual per child basis.
